Our First Officer programs include actual flight time
Global forecasts indicate a demand for pilots that will continue to grow at an
explosive rate over the next twenty years. Alteon has responded to this need by
creating integrated training solutions that produce jet ready, airline
qualified First Officers.
First Officer Jet Bridge Transition Programs
Our First Officer Jet Bridge Transition programs complete the training begun at
any academy flight school, and have been specifically designed to provide the
knowledge and type rating airlines are looking for in a First Officer. Specific
airline Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are integrated into a two month
training program that strongly emphasizes crew resource management, jet
indoctrination and a type rating course. The training philosophy of this
program allows cadets to develop competency and confidence in jet flight
operations.
Real World Flight Experience - These programs provide an additional
opportunity to gain real world airline experience flying your intended airline
type. In today's pilot job market, practical experience flying for an airline
is invaluable. Cadets who have received their commercial license and are
looking for a training program to qualify as a jet transport First Officer
along with practical experience flying jet aircraft need look no further than
our First Officer Jet Bridge Transition programs.
